Q:Has anyone attempted to use this in a hatchback? We’re trying to figure out if it will fit in our Toyota Prius.
A:It is the most compact front-to-back convertible I have used for rear-facing. It should fit in a Prius.

Q:What strollers does this seat work with?
A:It doesn’t work with strollers. It is a convertible one that stays in the car.

Q:does it come with base
A:There isn’t a base for this model

Q:Does anyone know the actual rear-facing height limit? All I keep finding is “head at least 1? from the top of headrest,” but what is that in inches?
A:It allows a seated height of 26 1/2″ (so sitting, bottom to top of head). It does not have a stated rear facing limit in terms of overall height as it is so tall that all kids can get to 40# weight limit before hitting that height limit.

Q:The description for “Go Green” says the colors are grass green and chocolate brown, but the pictures look more like gray/black & green. Which is it?
A:The colors are definitely gray and green. I don’t know why it says brown. There is no brown on it.

Q:Since you can’t use latch over 40 or so lbs, how easy is this to install with a shoulder-lap belt? i understand there is no lock-off in this seat.
A:I have an old Jeep so I have to use the shoulder belt. There’s a way under and a way in the back. When rear facing, the belt goes under.

Q:What is the weight/length limit to use this rear facing? My 24 mth twins are still happy facing rear and I would like to keep them that way.
A:Up to 40lbs for weight. Harness must be at or just below child’s shoulders. Child’s head must be at least 1″ below the red handle. This is unique because most other seats are 1″ below the outer shell. It can easily get most kids to 4 rear facing, which is exactly why we got them for both kids!

Q:What is the height restrictions for this seat for children who are Rear Facing?
A:Actually, it’s 40lbs and 1″ from the red handle at the top (and that’s the part that moves as your child grows). Nowhere in the manual does it state 32″. This is one of the seats with the best/longest extended rear facing options, in terms of height.

Q:Is the crotch strap length ok? Is there enough growing room? I´ve read it has 2 adjustment slots, is that enough? Graco has some bad reviews on that
A:My slim eight year old fits in the seat, no problem. We use it for her baby brother, but we stuck her in it just to see.

Q:My son is 31″ tall now but only 1 so I would like to keep him rear-facing for another year at least. Will he have room to grow in this, facing rear?
A:I think so. My son is 1 and 30″ and seems very comfy with plenty of room to grow rear facing.

Q:Can this carseat be in the more upright position while rear facing?
A:We are happy to assist you with this information. This seat can not be used in the most upright position when using rear facing. It can only be used in position 1.

Q:What material is the cover made of?
A:I would say it is polyester on the tan area (sort of a canvas material) and the black and grey is more cotton based. I hope that helps.

Q:Is this seat padded very well? For 5hr rides each month to a hospital? Son has special needs looking for something soft and very padded.
A:It’s padded quite well. I suggest you see it in person. There are different grades of the seat for different sellers. I like the MySize best.

Q:Does this have steel rods?
A:It doesn’t have steel rods.

Q:Will this fit in a small car rear facing? I have a Chevy Cobalt.
A:Yes. I drive an Altima and it fits fine. I don’t think you’ll find another convertible seat that is more compact when rear facing.

Q:This seat doesn’t seem very cushioned without the infant inserts, do your children seem comfortable in it for extended periods of time?

A:My daughter has been in the seat for a straight 3- hour road trip with no problems. We also have had her in the seat as we drove around citywide garage sales- she and the driver stay in the air conditioned car, while the passenger checks the sales. She has never gotten upset about being in the seat or being put back in…

My daughter has been in the seat for a straight 3- hour road trip with no problems. We also have had her in the seat as we drove around citywide garage sales- she and the driver stay in the air conditioned car, while the passenger checks the sales. She has never gotten upset about being in the seat or being put back in the seat after a longer period. She seems comfortable! She is 13 months- has been using the seat for 4 months now.

Q:Does this seat have the rapid remove cover? If not, is it difficult to remove for washing?
A:The Size4Me has elastic straps with hooks to be removed and then feed the harness assemble through the fabric. It is no difficult, and takes only a few minutes.

Q:Does this car seat have a removable base? Or an additional one for purchase for another vehicle?
A:Nope, it is all one piece

Q:Is it easy to get child out of seat when rear facing?
A:Well, I may depend on the size of your car and car door. I have to kneel on back seat to reach in. The harness is easy to undo. Lifting out and over is not to difficult. The only thing about the seat I do not like, it has to little padding and is to hard for long trips.

Q:Whats the top height a child can be before maxing out usage of this carseat?
A:I believe 49″.

Q:Will this fit in an airplane seat?
A:Yes :-) rear face if your child is under 40lbs. Don’t let them tell you that you have to forward face

Q:How padded is this car seat? I want to make sure my son is comfortable. I found one at a local walmart set up but I it was not very well padded!
A:I wouldn’t say its plush but it’s pretty well padded especially with the inserts that you can take out. My daughter thinks it’s extremely comfortable based on her frequent naps.

Q:How is the material compared to maxi-cosi pria 70, which is super soft and breathable?
A:Material is soft and breathable no issues on that

Q:The Graco nautilus we have causes kids head to slump forward while napping. Does this seat have a better recline when forward facing to avoid this?
A:This seat produces the same head slumping to occur.

Q:Can you fit two of these car seats plus a small adult in the back row of a Town and Country?
A:I can in a subaru legacy so I would say yes you can.

Q:Has anyone tried washing the cover? Is it possible to remove the whole cover to wash?
A:Yes

Q:How can I buy a second base for a second car?
A:This car seat doesn’t have a base. It’s all in one. Most convertible car seats are that way.

Q:When front-facing does a child’s head flop forward when sleeping or is it more reclined?
A:You can easily adjust this seat so won’t happen with seat position but this seat also has padded shoulder pads and head pads that also help.

Q:What is the expiration date?
A:This seat expires 7yrs after the date of manufacture which will be listed on the box & on the seat itself

Q:Do the head cushions support the neck when baby falls asleep and her head falls to one side? My current car seat does not and her neck bends a lot.
A:Yes it does and the head rest is very soft and snugged to babies head

A:There is a hidden latch in the front of the car seat that will loosen the harness.

Q:Do you think it will fit in a Chevy Cobalt (2008)? A very small car.
A:Yes. It’s a pretty compact seat. If you Facebook at all , I’d recommend joining car seats for the littles. You can list your child’s stats, what kind of car you drive, and budget and they will recommend the best seat for you. That’s how I came about to purchase this one and am very happy with it

Q:Is this seat heavy? I have the Britax click tight and it seems so heavy to change vehicles for grandma or husband.

A:I guess that depends on your perspective? It’s certainly significantly heavier than an infant bucket. I also have a radian and those have steel frames so it’s a feather compared to that. I’m able to carry by myself pretty easily from car to car but I’d hate to lug it through an airport. It installs pretty easily but o…

Q:Can this fit rear-facing in a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder? The latch attachment is on the floor in the back cargo area.
A:I don’t think that’s Latch, that sounds like the connection point for anti-rebound when forward facing. I’m pretty confident it would fit rear-facing, if you don’t have Latch (hooks in between the seat cushion and back cushion), you can always install via seatbelt.

Q:What is the lowest height possible from the lowest shoulder strap setting to the actual seat for really small babies?
